• Next Leap Education reserves the right to revise pricing or program inclusions with prior notice.

5. Use of Content

All course materials, videos, documents, and resources are the intellectual property of Next Leap Education or its partners. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Certification & Placement Support

Completion certificates will be awarded based on fulfilling program requirements. Placement assistance is provided as part of specific plans but does not guarantee employment.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, engage in disruptive behavior during live sessions, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Next Leap Education is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or employment opportunities. Services are provided on an “as is” basis.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.
